Welcome to Vet Grown Greens, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern your use of our website, www.vetgrowngreens.com (the "Site"), and the purchase of our products. By accessing the Site or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these T&C. Please read them carefully.

2. Intended Audience & Use

Our Site and products are intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using our Site, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. The Site is for your personal, non-commercial use unless you are a registered wholesale client.

3. Product Sales & Availability

• Products: We offer fresh produce and related agricultural products ("Products") for sale. All Products are grown and packaged at our farm in Paxton, Illinois.

• Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. Due to the nature of farming, we cannot guarantee that all Products will be available at all times. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any Products that we offer.

• Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or delivery charges, which will be added to your total at checkout.

• Payment: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our Site. By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method.

• Wholesale Orders: Registered wholesale clients are subject to additional terms as outlined in their wholesale agreement, including minimum order quantities and specific delivery schedules.

 

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or issues identified by our fraud-avoidance department.

5. Refund Policy

All sales of our perishable goods are final. For details on how we handle product quality issues, please refer to our official Refund & Quality Guarantee Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these T&C.

6. Intellectual Property

 

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and brand names (e.g., "Vet Grown Greens," "VGG Living Soil Amendment"), is the exclusive property of Vet Grown Greens, LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from this Site without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vet Grown Greens, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, our Site or Products. Our liability to you for any direct damages shall be limited to the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

 

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Site or the information, content, or materials included on it.
