Refund & Quality Guarantee Policy

Effective Date: September 8, 2025

Our Commitment to Quality

At Vet Grown Greens, we are dedicated to providing our customers with the freshest, highest-quality, locally grown produce possible. We harvest our greens and package our products with the utmost care to ensure they reach you in excellent condition.

Our

Refund Policy: All Sales Are Final

Due to the perishable nature of our products (fresh greens, herbs, and our "Living Soil Amendment"), all sales are final. Once a product has been sold, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

This policy is in place because we cannot restock or resell produce that has left our possession, ensuring that every customer receives only the freshest and safest products directly from our farm.

Quality Guarantee: What If There Is an Issue?

While all sales are final, we stand behind the quality of everything we grow. We understand that issues can occasionally arise. If you believe you have received a product that does not meet our high quality standards, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Within 24 Hours: You must contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. You can reach us via email at michael@vetgrowngreens.com.

  2. Provide Proof of Purchase: Please have your receipt or proof of purchase available.

  3. Provide a Photo of the Product: To help us understand the issue, please include a clear photograph of the product in question with your email.

Our team will review your submission promptly. If we determine that the product you received was not up to our standards due to an error on our part, we will be happy to offer you store credit or a replacement of the same product on your next order.

Please Note: This guarantee does not cover product spoilage due to improper storage after purchase or issues beyond our control once the product has been delivered.

We thank you for your business and for supporting a local, veteran-owned farm. We appreciate your understanding of our policy, which allows us to continue providing our community with fresh, safe, and delicious produce.
