Local Pickup & Delivery Policy

1. Our Commitment to Local Food

At Vet Grown Greens, our mission is to strengthen our community's food independence by providing the freshest possible produce. To ensure this, our products are available exclusively to local customers. We do not offer shipping services. This policy allows us to guarantee that our products go from our farm to your table with minimal delay, maximizing freshness and nutritional value.

2. Order Fulfillment Options

We offer two convenient ways for you to receive your order:

On-Farm Pickup: You can pick up your order directly from our location in Paxton, IL. There is no charge for on-farm pickup. This option is available for all customers.
Local Delivery (for Chefs & Restaurants): We offer a local delivery service exclusively for our wholesale clients, such as local chefs and restaurants. This service is available within a specified radius of our farm. Delivery fees and schedules are determined by the terms of the wholesale agreement.

3. Pickup & Delivery Process

Order Confirmation: After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
Scheduling Pickups: After your order is confirmed, you will be directed to use our online scheduling system on our website to book a specific date and time for your pickup. Please do not arrive at the farm until you have a confirmed booking slot.
Scheduling Deliveries: Delivery times for our wholesale clients will be arranged directly as part of your service agreement.
Availability: Our ability to fulfill orders is subject to harvest availability. We will communicate any potential delays or shortages as soon as possible.

4. No Shipping Services

To reiterate, Vet Grown Greens, LLC is not equipped to ship perishable goods and does not offer this service. All orders must be picked up at our farm or delivered locally as per a prior agreement.
